New Legislation ‘TRESA’ is impacting Members substantially. The Trust in Real Estate Service Act, and the respective Regulations replace REBBA 2002, prescribing new forms for Members to use in their real estate business including new OREA Forms as well as dozens of revised OREA Forms.
