The Ontario REALTOR® Wellness Program (ORWP) provides comprehensive coverage for OREA’s nearly 100,000 Members, closing the gap for the tens of thousands of REALTORS® without access to important health benefits.

Please note that the Open Enrollment Period closed on March 29, 2024. The next opportunity to enhance your coverage for the January 1, 2025, membership year will begin on November 1, 2024.
*Exclusions applied to new OREA Members and Members with life events, both within 31 days of eligibility.

What is the Ontario REALTOR® Wellness Program?
The ORWP is a comprehensive health and wellness plan available to all OREA Members who are up to date on their Dues payments as of January 1, 2024.
All OREA Members pay the same regardless of age, with no medical tests or questionnaires required in order to participate in the ORWP.

The ORWP includes various coverage plans.
All Members who are up to date on their Dues payments are automatically enrolled in the Standard Plan, which includes coverage for:
- Prescription Drugs
- Paramedical Practitioners (massage, physiotherapy, chiropractic care, etc.)
- Medical Services and Supplies (casts, hearing aids, orthotics, etc.)
- Life Insurance
- Critical Illness Insurance*
- Out-of-Country Emergency Medical Travel Insurance*
- Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
- Member Virtual Care and Mental Health Program

Comprehensive Benefit Solutions (CBS) is the ORWP Program Administrator.
CBS is responsible for the administration of the Program and should be your first point of contact.

As one of the ORWP insurance providers, GreenShield provides coverage for health and dental claims.

ORWP’s History
The ORWP is a comprehensive health and wellness plan available to all OREA Members as of January 1, 2024.
OREA began exploring the creation of a Member benefit program following Members’ calls for more support and access to health and wellness benefits.
The REALTOR® Wellness Task Force was established, and they extensively consulted Member Boards, Members, insurance consultants, and industry experts from associations across Canada.
