Standard Forms Outreach
The OREA Standard Forms team has a talented roster of experts, including our REALTOR® In Residence, Ray Ferris. They are available for both in-person or virtual presentations.
Member Boards and Ontario Brokerages are welcome to request an outreach session at any time during the year.

2024 was a busy year with many updates and changes that directly impacted Members’ businesses and daily operations. To help you and your team stay informed, we adapted our OREA Forms Outreach offerings to provide virtual and in-person sessions to Member Boards and Ontario Brokerages throughout the year. Due to the Member demand for offering these sessions year-round, we are delighted to continue that through 2025.
At the beginning of every year, OREA offers the NEW YEAR, NEW FORMS Annual Forms and Clauses Update session to highlight what’s new and revised for the new year. Once Members are comfortable with the new and revised Forms, we will then pick up on our regular Outreach offering where we talk to Members about topical issues affecting day-to-day trading activity.
At OREA, we value every opportunity to connect with Members and ensure their Forms and Clause knowledge is up to date.
Our 2025 OREA Forms & Clauses presentation features OREA’s REALTOR® In Residence, or a member of the OREA Speakers Bureau. They will discuss the latest Forms and Clauses news and answer any questions you or your team may have.

Member Boards
OREA is pleased to offer Member Boards the opportunity to host an in-person or virtual presentation at no cost.
Brokerages
Brokerages will be required to pay a $500 (plus HST) fee payable to OREA to host an in-person or virtual presentation. The brokerage will be invoiced after the session has concluded.
Cancellation Policy
Kindly note that cancellations within 48 hours of the presentation will result in a $50 fee.

OREA’s current REALTOR® In Residence is none other than Ontario REALTOR® and OREA Past President, Ray Ferris. As a REALTOR® for the past 29 years, Ray has witnessed rapid change in the way which real estate is bought and sold.

Lee Ann Southgate
Lee Ann has an extensive real estate background, including being an owner/Broker of Record, CRA, with the Appraisal Institute of Canada, and partner in a property management company. She is also Past President of the Chatham-Kent Association of REALTORS® and was an instructor for the OREA Real Estate College prior to her position there as Senior Manager, Curriculum. When the new education curriculum was being developed for the Humber College program, she was the subject matter expert for RECO’s Education department.

Having served as a Director on the board of the Niagara Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and actively participating in various committees, Nathan currently holds the position of Chair at the NAR.
