New forms

Three new residential and two new commercial forms have been created.

Three new residential and two new commercial forms have been created. A new Buyer Customer Service Agreement form was created to help REALTORS establish a more formal relationship with buyer customers without asking them to sign a buyer agency agreement.

The Seller Property Information Statement (SPIS) received some major revisions reducing the number of questions in the main document. The new form 220 recommends REALTORS only include the basic information that is likely to apply to all properties and that the new forms 221 Schedule for Condominium and 222 Schedule for Water Supply, Waste Disposal, Access and Shoreline be added when necessary for non-standard properties.
