Today more than ever REALTORS need to stay informed about legislation that affects the real estate profession. OREA’s recently revised Ontario Legislative Update (OLU) course is designed to give members a better understanding of the bills, legislation and regulations that impact the day-to-day business of real estate in the province. This popular continuing education course, worth three CEU credits, has been updated to include new and timely topics such as REBBA 2002, new Mortgage Brokers Legislation, the Consumer Protection Act, the Tenant Protection Act, the Ontario Mining Act, Greenbelt protection and marijuana grow operations. The course is presented in an interactive workshop format to give participants practical information they can use. For more information about OREA’s OLU course contact your real estate board.
