Value for your OREA dues

The $110 per year that you pay to the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) enables you as a member to receive products and services that are most important to you.

The $110 per year that you pay to the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) enables you as a member to receive products and services that are most important to you.

More than 5,000 of you responded to an OREA survey in which you ranked your priorities. You have told the association that your priorities are: promoting the value and importance of using a REALTOR® to buy or sell a home; receiving quality education; and giving you a strong voice at Queen’s Park.

Your dues also help OREA to bring you the latest updates on industry and market news as well as practical tools that help you in your day-to-day business. Here are just some of the ways that OREA delivers value for your annual $110 in dues:

Services: Standard forms and clauses in print or online; a multimedia campaign to promote REALTOR® value to consumers; consumer brochures to help you educate your clients; a new legal service to help members navigate the RECO complaints process; legal information through Legal Forum; services to your real estate board, including strategic planning and leadership development; access to Ontario’s largest commercial property database; and savings on a variety of products and services.
