At a recent meeting of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) in New Orleans, two volunteer leadership training courses developed by the OREA Centre for Leadership Development were presented to participants at the U.S. meeting on request from the Americans.

Presenters from Ontario delivered the courses as part of a pilot project in which about 35 American leaders of NAR were selected to attend the courses – Leadership 200 - Becoming a Leader, and Leadership 300 - Enhancing Leadership Skills. The courses have been so successful here in Ontario that OREA presenters were invited by our American counterparts to present to an audience south of the border – with very positive feedback from both sessions.
