OREA creates seven new forms

Seven new forms have been added to OREA's line up of standard forms for 2003.

Seven new forms have been added to OREA's line up of standard forms for 2003. Emerging issues including grow houses and problems related to underground oil tanks have also resulted in changes to some existing forms.

In response to feedback from real estate boards and members, five new administration forms were created to assist brokers with the day-to-day processing of listings and buyer agency agreements. Once a listing is created, any number of circumstances can arise including the need to amend a price, or change wording or even cancel the listing.

These new forms simplify the process of documenting changes and the universal wording will help provide some consistency in the way brokers deal with buyers and sellers in regard to representation agreements.
