Guiding first time buyers through their purchase is always easier if they come into the process with some knowledge. OREA has updated the “How to Buy Your Home” consumer book with revised sections on home inspections and mortgage incentives, and a new section on title insurance, among other changes. The book walks buyers through the complex process of buying a home, emphasizing the critical and important role of REALTORS in the process.

The book is available to members at cost, just $3 each. To order, contact your real estate board. Consumers can call 1-800-563-HOME to obtain a free copy.
