Course praised for quality education

The course “Agency Fundamentals: The National Perspective” has been chosen as the Real Estate Educators Association’s (REEA) Education Program of the Year for 2007.

The course “Agency Fundamentals: The National Perspective” has been chosen as the Real Estate Educators Association’s (REEA) Education Program of the Year for 2007. The course is developed by ACRE and published by OREA, and an online version exists for delivery to interested parties.

The two-day course is an important academic milestone, as it represents the first national initiative achieved through joint efforts of real estate organizations and Canadian Regulators in developing content that applies across Canadian jurisdictional boundaries. This initiative also sets the foundation for advanced agency programs now under development and planned for late 2007 that will introduce additional agency options within selected jurisdictions across the country.

The Award will be presented at the REEA Annual Conference in St. Louis, Missouri in June.
