House prices are expected to rise modestly overall in Canada this year, but national sales are projected to fall from last year's levels, according to a recent Royal LePage forecast.

House prices are expected to rise modestly overall in Canada this year, but national sales are projected to fall from last year's levels, according to a recent Royal LePage forecast. The Royal LePage report says the national average house price is expected to rise by 3.5 per cent, to $318,000 by the end of the year.
