Generation Y -- those individuals born between 1980 and 1994 -- still want to own a home despite the challenges, according to a survey.

Generation Y -- those individuals born between 1980 and 1994 -- still want to own a home despite the challenges, according to a survey. Although there are financial hurdles to owning a home, particularly new mortgage regulations and home prices, four in five of those in this age group (80.9%) surveyed indicated that they have plans to move to another primary residence in the future, according to a Royal LePage Real Estate survey. A significant proportion (39%) state that they have a move planned at some point over the next two years. Review the news release.
